Introduction
This website is designed to discuss various aspects of the genus Monnina. This genus
were first described by Ruiz and Pavon and it occurs from Southern United States to Chile, Brazil, and Argentina.
All data is from the work of Alina Freire Fierro at various institutions in Quito, Sao Paulo, St. Louis and now in Philadelphia at the Academy of Natural Sciences.
